This post is mainly directed towards my Co-Founders however all deviants of this group can feel free to share your opinions and or thoughts if you so choose too Its been a while since I've been on so I would love to hear and thoughts or changes to the group that would make it better and help it grow and become bigger for example new folders, changes to the rules, new layout design anything your can think of please feel free to share in the comment section below thanks.

I'm helping my friend to develop an upcoming phone application, which is related to wallpapers.
Anyone interested in exposure (showing) of your works through this application "Geta" - that is divided in categories of quotes, photography and illustration, you can just send me your e-mail address and name , so that I can send you all details and web-pages through email this fall.

A new folder for the contest labelled Logo Contest please make sure to submit your works into this folder and this folder only otherwise your submission will not be accepted.

Wow its been a long time since i have been here and i see the group is doing excellent thanks to hard work of wongSlam (https://www.deviantart.com/wongslam) & submicron (https://www.deviantart.com/submicron) just wanted to wish all you guys happy holidays and hope you have great new years thanks for sticking with us and making us one of the top groups on Deviantart :) some changes/ideas i would like to propose based on all of your votes of course.

I agree with submicron. Although I am guilty too of allowing things in that aren't necessarily minimalistic, we definitely need to be on the same page and make the rules of what is minimalistic a bit more explicit.
Personally, I want to address the Featured folder in particular. It's nice to have a Deviation 'featured', but I think it's confusing for submissions when they see their respective folder that's more specific, like Gradients / Smooth, and then see the Featured folder. I'm looking at the Featured folder and it is basically a mess of misc wallpapers, screenshots, and occasionally a theme of some sort.
We change the Featured folder so we would have like Wallpaper or Screenshot of the week and routinely add and/or remove those files? The contributors or admins could suggest a Deviation that should be 'Featured' from another folder, and copy it to the Featured folder. Just my two cents about that, but I'm just tired of seeing submissions in the Featured folder when they could be going to a more specific folder.
